Is GemSetu affiliated with the government?+
No. GemSetu is an independent SaaS product built by sellers, for sellers. We scrape public GeM data to keep you informed faster than the official portal does. We are not affiliated with Government e-Marketplace or any government department.
How is my data protected?+
All data is stored in India (Mumbai region) and we are fully compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Your GSTIN, PAN, and bid history are encrypted at rest and never shared with third parties. You can delete your account and all data at any time.
Do I have to upload my GST or PAN to use the product?+
No. You can browse all live GeM bids on the free plan without uploading anything. Documents are only needed when you start tracking orders or want personalised bid eligibility checks.
What payment methods do you accept?+
UPI, all major credit and debit cards, Net Banking, and digital wallets via Razorpay. UPI works best for monthly auto-debit on Indian MSME accounts.
